 As part of the Circuit's weekend with Rev. Paul Smith, there will be a Circuit meal at the Red Rose Restaurant in Trinity on Saturday 10th March (7.00 for 7.30 pm). This is a special opportunity as Paul is a gifted and entertaining preacher and he will speak for a short time after dinner in a way that will add to an enjoyable and cringe-free evening. The four-course menu will cost £20.95 per person (service at your discretion).  There will be 88 tickets available but in the spirit of Talking of God, we are asking that anyone reserving a ticket for themselves will also bring a guest who is not a regular church-attender. That means only 44 tickets for regular church-attenders!  As the demand for these tickets will be high, we are operating a telephone hotline for 'first-come, first-served' reservations. The line will open at 7.00 pm on Monday 27th February and remain open until all are sold. The number to call is 07829773505 and requests before the line opens will not be accepted.

 On Sunday March 11th, 10.30am at St Helier Methodist Church there will be a Circuit Service with Rev Paul Smith from Plymouth Central Hall as our guest preacher. He will be with us for the weekend.  The purpose of the service is ‘to gain confidence in speaking of our faith’. The Theme is ‘Talking of God’.  Please note the following message from Rev'd Graeme Halls "THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO ’NOT GO TO CHURCH’ TODAY. I AM ASKING EVERYONE WHO NORMALLY ATTENDS THEIR OWN CHURCH TO COME ALONG ON THE 11TH."  We hope that this will be a very good occasion. The Lieutenant Governor and his wife will be attending. He is very keen to fully participate in the faith life of the Island (he was baptised a Methodist) and we welcome them.
